Kathi Aja
Kathi, who began with Triple Creek twelve years ago, is now managing our Bloomers Garden Center in Carrollton, Georgia. She is a hands-on manager who steps in to do whatever is necessary to help make the garden center run smoothly. Because of her all-around knowledge of the plants, she is able to combine plants in unique combinations. Blending foliage, colors, and textures to liven up the customers’ containers and baskets and keeps them coming back for more. This year Kathi, with lots of help from all of Bloomers employees, has planned a great series of workshops for our customers – the Fall 2008 series included 12 workshops ranging from Container Gardening to Decorating for the Holidays. Maria
Maria can be seen at Bloomers busily watering anything that looks the least bite thirsty, inspecting for insects, deadheading the spent blooms, and keeping a watchful eye on the plants in general. She can also be seen unloading the incoming plants and making sure the tables are full of great plants for our customers.

Rhonda Rowley
Rhonda has been our ‘Educational Director’ this past fall and has been instrumental in researching and organizing the workshop materials, copying them for our customers and planning refreshments that coordinate with the workshops. For example, the herb butters and crackers served at the Harvesting and Drying Herbs Workshop were a great hit. Rhonda has also put together a scrapbook of the workshops for us with lots of pictures – please stop in and check it out! The workshops were so well received, that plans for next spring, summer, and fall workshops are being finalized now, including workshops for the kids.
